Boring yes, but earlier this summer we finally rented a storage locker and while the house is not entirely clean we did get rid of a lot of junk. This was especially helpful with Nick having moved much of his stuff home from "The Hall" in Davis.
Now that Nick and Tee have a new apartment and Nick's stuff has moved to a new home, the storage isn't so critical. When I check off #50 we'll be able to move stuff back and cancel the storage rental, but until that time it's a big help.

#39 - Dinner in Idyllwild
The weekend before her birthday, Denise decided that the family should go hiking in Idyllwild. Just a short up and back hike on the Ernie Maxwell Scenic Trail, 2.5 miles from town up to Humber Park. It was beautiful in Idyllwild, much cooler than Temecula and quite a pretty hike.
We took the opportunity to have her birthday dinner at the Gastrognome, or more correctly Restaurant Gastrognome, and to check off another item on my list. Sadly, we took no pictures at dinner, but it was very nice. Gastrognome was always a favorite spot when we lived in Idyllwild forever ago. It's still quite nice, although I think their fine Scotch menu is more enjoyable on a cold winter's night.
