Quick update, the pie is almost ready. Look at them, thrusting upward, ever upward, seeking the light. I should plant some strawberries.
They're quite cute little rhubarbs; one is even wearing a hat. He (or she) is still wearing his little seed pod.Oh, BTW, someone asked about the recipe for my Quinoa and Brown Rice Tacos. It's in my recipe blog right here.
Thanks for posting the recipe. We usually have leftovers when we make quinoa, so I'll have to remember this.
